Dino was professional and had a pleasant manner. I appreciated that he was not aggressive in trying to sell me a new water heater. The work was done timely and my house was left tidy and clean. I would use his firm again.

A job well done. I called about a cracked water heater. Even though my call went to an after hours service I got a call right back. Xavier and Brandon arrived in the scheduled time, did the walk-thru and gave me my estimate right then. When I accepted they started the install in no time at all. Xavier even gave me some helpful hints. It was a much better experience then I've had with some other local plumbers before.
Dino is exceptional. He has fixed several of my plumbing problems and he has always been thorough and professional. Before he would start on the repairs, Dino would clearly explain what had to be done and present options for me to select. He never tried to steer me in any way and would let me decide what I thought was best. When he was finished, Dino took the time to explain what was done and made sure all my questions were answered. I always feel extremely confident that the plumbing work will be done properly and professionally.

My hot water heater and steam boiler failed on the same day recently. Joe and his crew– Mike, Adam, and Augie responded very quickly, obtaining the right replacement units and installing them expertly in less than one day. I can't say enough good things about MarGo Plumbing and Heating!
