We're new to our townhouse community, and we were looking for contractors to help us with preventive maintenance and service on our heating and cooling system, tankless water heater, sump and ejector pumps. There's no shortage of local service companies (all claiming to be the best, of course), so we turned to our community's online forum for advice and direction.That's how we discovered MarGo. There were simply so many glowing recommendations from our neighbors that our decision was made easy. I called ***, who couldn't have been more helpful in describing MarGo's wide range of available services and in setting up an initial inspection.Our service technician **** was amazing! He was friendly and professional, explaining everything to us in easy to understand language. We could see that **** was clearly passionate about his work, and it made a very positive impression.MarGo's prices seemed fair and reasonable, so we talked again with *** and signed up for twice-yearly heating and cooling membership plans.A week later, **** came back and spent hours servicing and tuning up our system. He went above and beyond, even adjusting cabinet door hinges in one of the bathrooms!Who does that these days?Well, MarGo does.It's so rare and refreshing to find a competent and responsive service provider with an "old school" work ethic. We can't speak highly enough of MarGo Plumbing Heating Cooling.

I highly recommend MarGo Plumbing, very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service. The entire crew is amazing! Sue is very courteous and helpful scheduled appointments and called me when there was an opening for getting the work done sooner. She always calls to follow up on the work to assess satisfaction with the work performed. I have used MarGo plumbing a couple of times and will only trust MarGo with my home plumbing needs. Xavier unclogged my bathroom sink, Adam installed my thermostat, and Dino and Josiah installed a gas shut-off valve. The technicians are knowledgeable and skilled, and explain all work at every step.

This company, especially Sue and Adam, were responsive, polite, professional, explanatory, and quick. I wish I could give them a 10. From the time I called, all work was diagnosed, explained, approved and completed within 2 hours. Adam was extremely polite and professional. I recommend this company very highly!

Xavier assisted with installing a kitchen faucet and filtered water faucet, cleaning up the mess left by another contractor. They were incredibly responsive, arriving within hours of my call. They worked efficiently and fixed my plumbing perfectly. Great company, and great service!
