Informative, professional staff & techs, fair price - quick response.
I am very pleased with MarGo's professional plumbers. I have used them for different issues which they fixed correctly.
We were out of town when a family member noticed a leak in our hot water heater. MarGo responded to our email request first thing in the morning and was at our home by 9am on President's Day to give us an assessment and estimate. We were given options and explanations. After making a quick decision to move forward, work started immediately on the installation of a new tankless water heater. It was finished that afternoon (along with another leak repair we had been putting off). Mike patiently communicated via phone and text with my husband and me while we were on vacation.
We could not be more grateful to have arrived home from our trip with hot water. The work area was spotless. MarGo went a step further by following up with us and returning to walk us through the new water heater. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation a very positive experience.

I had a leak under my sink and they were able to come the next day. Xavier and Brandon arrived on time and were able to repair the leak right away for a fair price quickly.
