I am a regular and I call Margo with all my needs. I usually work with Xavier. He is the best- I know and trust him and he gives honest advice and always tries to help us get the best and most cost effective solutions. They came out within 2 hours yesterday and fixed my broken toilet due to a frozen pipe and identified the issue (a warming wire had been unplugged in the basement). They also fixed my garbage disposal and installed a better thermostat - all in just a couple of days. Two gentlemen named Mike also came along to support. The trio was fast (less than 3 hours today and another hour yesterday) to fix issues I expected to take many days. 5 STARS PLUS and kudos to the wonderful, kind lady in the office who is helping me out so nicely each time.

We have a relatively new HVAC system, and were having condensation issues on the ceiling on the second floor of our condo. Moe came out, checked out the venting in the attic, performed maintenance on the HVAC system, changed the humidifier setting and changed the humidifier filter, and was professional, friendly and will call us in a few days to see if that solved the problem.

Joe V., was great. We had an issue during the recent frigid weather, and he responded within a half hour. He was honest and thorough. Most companies would not have given the same service. He even reached out afterwards to give us more homeowner tips. I highly recommend them.

Review #2: well, years later, it turns out, of course during Easter Sunday, my boiler took a dump. Not easy finding service during holiday but emergencies usually happens during holidays and wee hours of the night don't they. Anyways, MarGo came through. Not only did I have a power vent model so they had to search for an open supplier, but they needed another truck to help finish it the same day after locating the boiler model. So as the one tech started dismantling, the second came to help and a 3rd dropped off the boiler. They had to revamp the plumbing a bit as well and later that evening we had hot water! It's a big price tag but considering the emergency call on a holiday weekend, specific model and I opted for an Automated emergency valve shut since piping was being redone.....it is what it is. They did a clean job and I had the 10 yr warranty. Thanks MarGo

I did not get to use their service but I can speak of their helpfulness and honesty. I called originally for a clogged main line and after explaining what happened, the lady felt it was a safer bet to go with a service that had the proper snake that could reach all the way out to the street line. She referred 2 places and the one I used was able to send somebody in an hour.
I appreciated the help and consideration for my time, especially since I was home with 2 sick toddlers. I will be dealing with them in the future. Thanks MarGo.
