Great experience with MarGo - We had experienced an intermittent noise from our boiler after I replaced a transformer. They informed me there was a diagnostic fee, and I agreed. The techs arrived, and we couldn't recreate the noise after waiting for 30 minutes (before it started happening in 10 minutes). They explained that it was likely some air in the gas line, and it seemed to have worked its way out. They charged a nominal dispatch fee instead of the full diagnostic fee, which was awesome. Thank you.
We have had lots of work done by MarGo over the 25+ years we have lived in our house. They always do great work and have great communication. Today Moe did our annual boiler tune-up, and he did an excellent job. He was very knowledgable and gave us some good tips about the boiler, thermostat, and more.
