Jessie D was here yesterday to fix our first floor toilet. He gave me a range of options so I could choose the one I thought was the best for me. He then preformed the repair quickly and professionally. As I have always experienced with MarGo employees, he left the area cleaner than he found it. I remain a happy and loyal customer who will always recommend MarGo!
Margo replaced my 75 gallon hot water heater. Very efficient and clean in their approach.
Their Technician Jesse just left my home after replacing a leaky fitting from the pipe into the radiator. Like most other household jobs, it became more challenging as he took things apart and he faced some obstacles that made what would normally be a routine job, a bit more challenging, but it's done. He was very attentive to neatness and clean up afterwards. I would strongly recommend MarGo and Jesse to anyone.
Mike came to my home today, and like all of the MarGo crew, he did an excellent job, not only in the actual repair, but in explaining what he was about to do. Everything is working fine, thanks to him and Joe, who originally diagnosed the problem. The MarGo group of plumbers have never disappointed. They are competent and professional in what they do, first class in all respects.
We had Mike B. come to our home today to solve the problems we were experiencing with both of our "commodes". Mike was extremely efficient, gave us an estimated for three different scenarios, and completed the work in a snap. It would have taken me days to do the same job. (I am well aware of my limitations when it comes to plumbing and electrical work). My wife and I were also impressed with his friendly manner and interaction with us. Joe and Jesse installed a water heater for me in 2011 and Joe and his team have always been helpful, informative, patient, neat etc. Joe stands behind his work and someone from his team will come quickly if there is any trouble.
