Today, Dino P. replaced the shower value in my bathroom. I could not have asked for more professional and courteous service. He had to open the wall in my bedroom to gain access to the piping, and he performed the work neatly and cleaned up after he was done. He gave me a cost estimate before the work was commenced, and he arrived promptly at 8:30 a.m. He completed the installation including new trim work in a few hours. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to explain the installation process as well as the operation of the new valve and related fixtures. Overall, I was very pleased with MarGo Plumbing and the technician they dispatched to my home, and I would recommend Dino highly.
We moved into our home almost 2 years ago and it's an older home, so we've had some plumbing issues a few times. We've called MarGo all three times, each time got a different guy (Joe, Jesse, and Dino), and each time have been very pleased with the service. It's never fun when a plumbing mishap takes place, but when you do need a professional, MarGo is an absolute pleasure to work with from the moment you call.
We needed an emergency water heater replacement and MarGo came out within an hour to assess our problem. We were able to schedule the replacement quickly and they arrived right on time. Dino was professional, polite and was able to replace the water heater within a few hours. We would highly recommend Dino and MarGo Plumbing.
Jesse D showed up promptly, fixed the problem and left the place cleaner than he found it. The clog was in the bathroom sink, I had tried to fix it and had another plumbing service try to clear it. The other service worked for 2 hours with no success at all. Jesse had the drain cleared within an hour. He double and triple checked to make sure everything was working correctly and there were no leaks. Can't say enough good things about this company. Friendly and courteous with top notch skills from scheduling to service!
