Margo is my go to plumbing company. Joe is excellent even tries to walk you through problems over the phone before they come out. They make me feel comfortable and don't talk down to you, which I appreciate. Yes, they are not cheap but I have found out in life that cheap is not always the best way to go. Thanks again for the excellent service and the extra mile you go! We have used them for probably about 13 years now (two houses).
I have used Margot Plumbing several times for plumbing jobs around the house. From simple to very complicated jobs, they have always been quick to make appointments, showed up on time, offered several options for every job with different price options. They clean up and are very friendly. I would highly recommend.
We've been using MarGo to maintain our home's steam heating system for 10+ years. They're always professional and knowledgeable. Recently we had them install central A/C and we are very happy with their work.

We needed a new heating system. They were very responsive and explained everything before and after the installation. The job started on time and the crews cleaned everything before they left. Overall, I am happy with the job and will hire them again for other heating/plumbing work.
They were recommended by my mother. They showed up when they were supposed to and were knowledgeable and professional. The problems were all taken care of.
Had a toilet that didn't always flush right and overflowed now and then. Wanted to replace toilet in master bath for a comfort height one, so I purchased two top of the line toilets. When it came time to install I asked a friend/neighbor what plumbing company they used and they recommended MarGo. I called for an appointment, owner came by, reviewed the job, provided a written estimate and set up a day and time to complete. Two men came on time, removed the problem toilet then snaked the problem drain. A short time later they ran a video camera through the drain and then they snaked it again; bigger snake! Both new toilets were then installed. They were very thorough, very neat, very knowledgeable, and we are very satisfied.
The kitchen sink backed up the morning of Thanksgiving. Being a current/repeat customer of MarGo Plumbing has its privileges. The sink needed to be snaked and the pipes checked and the owner himself came out to service our home. He also provided tips on how to protect our pipes and use our disposal. As usual, the quality and timeliness of the service was amazing.
It went very well. I had called another local company before MarGo on Tue. & Wed. Got an answering machine both times and they didn't call back. I got MarGo's name from Neighbor and got a live person when I called. We made an appointment for Saturday since I work full time. The appointment was for 9 a.m. and he was here at 8:55 a.m. Friendly, nice, explained everything to my husband as they went along. Wore booties and was extremely neat and careful. He completed the full service, fixed the problem, all for exactly the originally quoted price and did it all in 1 hour and 15 minutes. I would use this service again in a heartbeat and am happy to know they do plumbing and heating also. The funniest part was that Sat. afternoon, after all was done and done extremely well by MarGo, the original local company I had called finally called me back.
