I haven't needed them often, but when I do, I'm never disappointed. The people, from the answering service to the serviceman who comes out, are always so kind, accommodating and caring. The servicemen wear booties to cover their shoes, and put down tarps on your floors, so as not to make a mess. Options were presented and worked out along with associated prices, and the work was done within a couple of hours. Great job, no mess, and they even took away the old water heater! Typically, good service seems to be a thing of the past, but not with MarGo! Excellent company!!

Really appreciate the quick, friendly service at MarGo, who we will be using from here on out. They dealt with an earlier issue promptly and professionally so we called them when our heat went out this week. Within 2 days of calling them, we had a brand new furnace at what seemed like a reasonable cost. Everyone I've interacted with there, especially Mike, has been kind and helpful without being patronizing. They are the best!
I have long trusted and been happy with MarGo Plumbing and Heating. Joe/Augie came today to replace my water heater, with assistance from Brandon/BH. Both were great, but my main interaction was with Joe. He was so personable and friendly, as well as knowledgeable and thorough. I would not hesitate to have him back if needed. I would very highly recommend MarGo, and their wonderful Joe!
