Jesse is a gem. He not only took care of my issue quickly and competently; he checked out work he had done on a prior occasion to make sure everything was working well. Mar-Go is a real find.
Jesse D was our service specialist from Margo Plumbing and Heating Co. on November 15th and I am so appreciative of his time and expertise. Jesse D was so very helpful in explaining the breakdown of what was wrong and needing fixing, as well as walking me through ways to better maintain and upkeep our furnace. He was extremely kind, professional and pleasant, very patient and wonderful. Jesse D empowered me with the information I needed to troubleshoot our current service issue and I could not have been more pleased. Two thumbs way up for Jesse D and Margo Plumbing!
I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of MarGo Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Our service specialist, Mike, was the best - knowledgeable, informative and efficient.
We called Margo about some plumbing issues that we noticed in our home. Jesse showed up the same day that we called. After taking some time to diagnose the problems, he gave us a clear estimate with a number of different options and corresponding prices. Jesse completed all work in one day, including procuring a part that we needed from a local supply store and fixing some unforseen issues that could not have been diagnosed until the repairs started. Throughout the process he kept us apprised of his progress, and even with the additional problems, which took substantial time to resolve, the end price was still what we agreed on with the estimate. We are very happy with Margo and strongly recommend them.

Mike called prior to his arrival and arrived in the time he said he would. From the moment he stepped foot into my home, his expertise and professionalism was evident. He reviewed each task I needed completed and clearly explained what had to be done for each one. He wore shoe covers to protect my floors, and laid a drop cloth in front of the sink to catch any debris. Everything I asked for was completed in a reasonable time and I couldn't be happier. The quality of work, Mike's knowledge, courteousness and professionalism are to be commended. I would recommend Mike and Margo Plumbing, without hesitation, to anyone in need of plumbing service.
